Mrs. Claus was on hand earlier this afternoon, as OPA was presented with a Petco Foundation Holiday Wishes 2019 Grant Award for our winning submission in their #HolidayWishes Campaign! Danielle and Echo’s heartwarming adoption story, illustrating how ‘Love Can Be Blind in the Best Way’, received an Honorable Mention and is now in the running for a “People’s Choice Award”. Thank you Petco Foundation, and Petco Kuykendahl (in The Woodlands) store managers Matthew and Kathryn, for this honor, and the award which will go towards further life-saving!
