Howl-O-Ween is a free, public event held to spread awareness of what Operation Pets Alive does and to thank the community for their support!

Howl-O-Ween Festival Raffle Tickets
If you can’t join us at this year’s Howl-O-Ween festival, or you’re looking to give back with a chance of a winning a prize, buy some raffle tickets! We are raffling off an Igloo cooler with a retail value of $280. Inside the cooler will be backyard party games, beer, koozies, gift cards and other fun prizes, bringing the total value of the prize up to almost $600 (and that’s IF we don’t add anything else to it)!
