Dogs must be at least 6 months old
Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations
Leashes must be non-retractable and 6 feet or less
Handlers must be at least 12 years old
Dogs must be good around crowds and other dogs of all sizes

2023 IRONKIDS Fun Run & Doggie Dash

Get ready for a Pawsome Pawty! Bring the kids and dogs to North Shore Park on Saturday, April 15 for the Children’s Memorial Hermann IRONKIDS Fun Run and Doggie Dash.

This fun-filled morning in The Woodlands will include vendors, games, adoptable dogs from Operation Pets Alive and, of course, finish line smiles are to be expected!.Kids ages 0-17 can participate in the fun run; dogs must be at least 6 months old. This is the inaugural year for the doggie dash. We will be giving a portion of the DOGGIE DASH event proceeds to Operations Pets Alive.

Ages: 0-17 for IRONKIDS; Ages 6 months old and older for the doggie dash walk/run
Start Time: 9:30am for the IRONKIDS; 10:45am for The DOGGIE DASH
Distances: Diaper Dash crawl 26.2ft, toddler trot (ages 1-3) for 100ft, ½ mile, 1 mile = IRONKIDS; DOGGIE DASH- ½ mile or 1 mile
Price: $25.00 which includes a t-shirt, racing bib, medal and goodie bag for IRONKIDS; for the DOGGIE DASH- the doggie gets a t-shirt, dog tag, racing bib and goodie bag
